Abandoned Dog and Kittens Rescued from Sewer, Fighting for Survival
A heartwarming rescue story emerged from the outskirts of the village of Oktyabrskoye in the direction of Elista, where a poor weak dog had been living in a sewer for several weeks. The rescue team also discovered two kittens nearby, but sadly one of them had already passed away.
Volunteers from Ipatovo arrived at the ill-fated place to save the animals from the harsh weather, which could have caused them to freeze to death. The dog was exhausted and weak, but fortunately, they managed to save her. One of the kittens, a 5-6 month old girl named Alice, was found with a collar mark on her neck and had been brought to such exhaustion before being abandoned in the field with the other kitten.
Despite her condition, Alice greeted the rescuers with a wagging tail and a dry nose poking into their palms. She was taken to the hospital where she received daily droppers and medicinal food every hour to regain her strength. After some time, Alice gained 500 grams and was much healthier, but she still needs a new kind family to call her own.
This heartwarming rescue story shows the importance of kindness and compassion towards all animals, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. We should all strive to help those who cannot help themselves and give them the chance to live a happy and fulfilling life.
