A throwback Hannah Montana comedy sketch seems to have eerily predicted a recent controversy surrounding the artist, according to fans.

The vintage MADtv segment features impersonators of Hannah Montana and her sidekick Lily Truscott, chatting about Hannah’s wild antics at an imaginary P Diddy soiree. The narrative unfolds with “Hannah” doing shots at a bar before getting an invite to P Diddy’s glam Bel Air affair.

“Hannah” jests to the audience how upon arriving she saw Lance Armstrong and Matthew McConaughey puffing away on a joint with Amy Winehouse. Mimicking “Hannah,” the actress adds that a pseudo “Diddy”, donning a white suit, urged: “Hey Hannah, why don’t you make out with Amy?”

Lily retorts, labelling the proposition as “gross,” prompting “Hannah” to ration out: “I know! But P Diddy told me to, and it’s P Diddy…” The spoof continued with “Hannah” recounting how she and Amy commenced “make out and blow hot smoke in each other’s mouths,” but not all went according to plan.

The monologue advances as “Hannah” recounts, “The weed was definitely laced with something because next thing I know, Matthew McConaughey brought in a stripper, I get a lap dance with her and then we all did cocaine off her butt! P Diddy caught it all on his camera phone, and now it’s on the internet!”

The resurfacing of the old MADtv sketch featuring P Diddy on YouTube has sparked a debate among viewers in light of the rap mogul’s recent arrest and charges, which include sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Although Diddy has strongly denied the accusations, fans are viewing the comedic take with fresh eyes.

Some comments have been memorably outspoken, with one viewer saying: “MADtv was telling it like it is, lmao,” while another chimed in with a conclusion that “This was the absolute disgusting truth.” The sentiment that MADtv possibly had insight into the allegations is echoed in one user’s remark, “MADtv def[initely] knew about Diddy lol.” Reactions have ranged from “This aged well,” to more direct connections being drawn such as: “They also predicted the P [Diddy] scandal,” and some remarks relate current feelings watching the sketch, “This sh** hit different in [20]24 [laughing emoji].”
