On a bustling street, a small soul named Flora was found in a heartbreaking situation. The wounds on her body told a story of survival, revealing that she had managed to escape from a running car engine that had caused severe damage to her fragile body. The cruelty continued when the swelling on her skull revealed a dark and unimaginable act—a brutal kick to her innocent head.
A volunteer and a friend reached out to us when they stumbled upon this little kitten on the road. Although she didn’t know what had happened, it was evident that she was in pain and would slowly and painfully perish without help. As soon as we heard about her, we made a commitment to assist. When we met the little kitten at the veterinarian’s office, we truly witnessed the grotesque form she was in, filled with health complications she had endured in this pitiful life.
However, we are doing everything we can to aid her recovery. After a few days in the hospital, she had to be admitted to the ICU as her traumatic symptoms became severe, requiring constant monitoring and assistance from those around her.
Eventually, things started to turn around after a month of extensive treatment, and her bodily functions began to improve. Flora was able to eat some wet food on her own and started regaining her health. Although her recovery journey is still long, we are delighted to see her gradually becoming stronger.
Flora has endured unimaginable cruelty, and she wouldn’t have survived until now without the compassionate hearts of many people worldwide. Thanks to the wholehearted support from everyone, Flora now has a second chance to find a happy ending to her life.
